We literally explored dozens of website content management systems before choosing this Content Management System (CMS) one for our clients. • Installation of an Open Source Content Management System to create and manage your website
• Installation and customization of a predesigned template. Includes personalized banner which appears at the top of each page on your website. It can include your picture, your logo and a background image. Note that you must provide an electronic copy of each image. It also includes customization of up to three colours on your website such as the text, links and menu; background colour. Finally, it includes customization of the type of menu you want (pull-down, top, left or right menu).
• Assistance in registering your personalized Domain Name (www.yourcompany.com) - Domain name registration costs about $10-20 extra per year.
• Assistance in setting up your personalized email address@yourdomain name - provided this service is included in your web hosting package
• The creation of up to 5 web pages
• Customization of some basic settings
• Login information emailed directly to you
• Setup and Integration of Google Analytics so you can know how many people are looking at which parts of your site and how they found you.
• An electronic copy of our Clarity Guide Questionnaire to help us quickly create your site
• A complementary copy of our Website Designer eWorkbook to help you develop content for your site
• Two hours of professional and friendly one-on-one basic training. You will learn how to add graphics and edit information and on your new site. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions and have your tech coach install additional modules. We will be glad to convert any unused time into future tech coaching support time (certain conditions apply).

Pre-session Task

Before our session together, you will need to complete and return a copy of our Clarity Guide Questionnaire at least 48 hours before the session. This guide, available in Microsoft Word format, will be emailed to you shortly after we receive your payment. To complete this document you will need to have Microsoft Word or OpenOffice Writer installed on your computer. If you don't have access to either of these computer applications, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.
